Live Scan Fees

The Fees due for Live Scan Fingerprint Service are two-fold.  The first part is the Rolling Fee, which is charged by the Live Scan Service Provider for taking the Applicant's fingerprints digitally and submitting them to the Department of Justice.  Each Service Provider sets their own fees. 

The second part is the Government Fee, which may vary depending on the ORI number and Level of Service information provided on the Request for Live Scan Service form (BCII 8016).  If your Employer or Requesting Agency provides a Billing Code, then you are only responsible for paying the Rolling Fee. 

The Rolling Fee and the Government Fee added together comprise the total fees for Live Scan Fingerprint Service.

Ink & Paper Fees

There is only the Rolling Fee for Ink Fingerprints.  Any Government Fees associated with Ink Fingerprints would not be paid at our office.

Again, the Government Fees are determined by the ORI number and Level of Service information on your Live Scan Service Request form.  If a Billing Code is provided on your form, you will only be responsible for paying the Rolling Fee.  The ORI and Billing Code should be provided to you by your Employer / Requesting Agency.
